Food Safety Policy
Modern Era Company abides by the health requirements for the food facility operators required by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority. We commit to a clean work environment by constantly sanitizing equipment and storage containers and providing our team with regular sanitization.
We ensure the safety of the food we present and that they are not exposed to any contamination while being cooked or stored. We pick fresh meat and dairy products and store them properly by providing sterilization and ventilation.
